The high stepping and vivacious young women of the Prairie View Panther Dolls will be featured dancers at the 2016-17 Miss Black & Gold Scholarship Pageant, set for November 10 in the Opal Johnson Smith Auditorium at Prairie View A&M University.

The 31st Annual Pageant, themed The Harlem Renaissance: Queens take on Harlem, features Nakia Alomaja, Madelyn Bartley, Arieonna Cage, Moriah Colbert, Kaneshia Davis, Marilyn Dunn, Kyasia Fields, Nikisha Francois, Olivia Johnson, Jade Morris, Nia Scott, Jada Vaughn-Olajide and Terika Williams.
